[AsteriskBrasil] Warning queue

Amigos da lista,

       Por favor, alguém já enfrentou este bug no Asterisk 1.4.26? 
Acontece de vez em quando no meu servidor de discagem automática, ele 
forma fila e inicia este warning até o agente atender a chamada e quando 
atende, somente o lado B houve.

Podem me ajudar a resolver?
