[AsteriskBrasil] Asterisk bloqueando canais

Bom dia,

 Aqui na empresa onde trabalho tinhamos um servidor asterisk funcionando, a
alguns dias quando chegamos para trabalhar o servidor estava parado, o
cooler paro e torro a placa, reinstalamos ele em outra maquina, mas agora
por algum motivo desconhecido quando conectamos o asterisk e tentamos fazer
alguma ligação os canais se bloqueiam, estamos utilizando o asterisk 1.4.9
em um fedora 7 com uma placa E1 e uma central R2 compilei os seguinte
pacotes:

Quando levanto o asterisk ele me gera o seguinte log:

e quando tento ligar de dentro do asterisk para algum ramal ele retorna esta
mensagem:
