[AsteriskBrasil] FreePBX + Vono

Boa tarde Pessoal.

Uso FreePBX + Vono faz 1 ano. Sempre funcionou tranquilamente.

Esta semana parou de funcionar e não consigo mais autenticar o FreePBX.

Erro:

[2014-04-17 17:48:51] NOTICE[1792] chan_sip.c:    -- Registration for 'XXXXXXXX em vono.net.br' timed out, trying again (Attempt #14)

Pagamento está OK, já abri chamado com a Vono, mas a demora na resposta é absurda.

Sou de São Leopoldo, Rio Grande do sul.

Alguém com este mesmo problema?
