[AsteriskBrasil] chamada em espera

Pessoal é o seguinte nao consigo desabilitar a chamada em espera, para nao tocar a segunda chamada atraves do codigo *71, percebi abaixo que esta dando um erro la no   -- DBdel: Error deleting key from database. algeum tem uma luz ???
